In his 3rd quality start in a row, Owings picked up a win against the Giants tonight.
He was a recommended start two-start pitcher this week and is now halfway there.
He lasted 6 innings, struck out 6, gave up 3 hits while walking two.
Owings gave up only one earned run in the contest.
He's looking like a solid starter right about now.

Brett -
My relievers-only strategy hit a little bump in the road yesterday with Saito and Neshek getting lilt up. Thinking of slotting in a starter later this week to try and pull back some ERA and WHIP. Any thoughts on these:
Villanueva @ Cards
Parra or Lohse v each other!
Hammel @ Twins
Lee @ Twins
Wellemeyer v Giants (Cain)
Westbrook @ Twins
Thanks!
Just traded Longoria for Owings, Volquez, Parra, and Bailey. The best part is, I don't even know which one of these 4 will have the better year... I like them all.
